Yes – StaffID is designed for personal devices. Work content stays inside the Teams app and is governed by your organisation's existing Microsoft protection policies. Their personal photos, messages and apps are never visible to you and never touched.
Multi-site is the default. Publish task lists, forms and rotas once and they assign to the right teams at each location, with a live view across every site. Where you run i-Site – the CIaaS operations platform that gives FM providers and their end-clients a shared real-time dashboard – StaffID feeds straight into it.
